We have found that our best healthcare professionals come from your referrals. That is why our “Refer-A-Friend” incentive is one of the most aggressive referral bonus program in the industry.

We provide a tiered rate structure for healthcare professionals based on profession and specialty considerations:

NICU, PICU, CVICU, L&D and OR specialty RNs $1500
PTs, OTs, SLPs $1000
PTAs, COTA + 's $750
All other RN and Allied Health specialties that qualify for employment $500


You will receive your bonus once your referral completes 120 clinical hours.
